Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your preorder of a MEERO smart mirror (“Product”) from DUOMI, Inc. (“DUOMI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing a preorder, you agree to these terms.

Preorder & product status

MEERO is a product in development. The mirror and companion app are concept-stage; final design, features, specifications, and packaging may change before production.

Placing a preorder reserves a unit at the stated early bird price. It does not guarantee a specific ship date, and the expected delivery window (currently Summer 2027) may shift as development continues. We'll notify you by email of any material change to pricing, features, or delivery timing.

Pricing & deposit

• Early bird price: $499 (regular price $699).
• A refundable $25 deposit is charged at checkout to secure your preorder.
• The remaining $474 balance is due before your order ships.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Refunds & cancellation

Your $25 deposit is fully refundable any time before your order ships — just email WENDY@theduomi.com to request a refund or cancel.

Once your order has shipped, it is final, and the refund policy above no longer applies, except as required by applicable law or in cases of a defective or damaged shipment, which we'll handle case by case.

Shipping

We currently ship preorders to the United States and Canada only. Shipping costs, delivery timing, and any customs duties or import taxes on shipments to Canada are the customer's responsibility and will be disclosed before your final balance is charged.

You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.

No warranty at preorder stage

Because the Product is still in development, your preorder is accepted “as-is” at this stage, without warranties of any kind beyond what's required by applicable law. Warranty terms for the shipped Product will be provided separately before delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUOMI's liability in connection with your preorder is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Sale as our product and shipping plans develop. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
