This Privacy Policy explains how DUOMI, Inc. (“DUOMI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or place a preorder for the MEERO smart mirror (the “Site”).
Information we collect
When you place a preorder, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details to process your order. We receive your name, email address, shipping address, and order details from Stripe; we do not receive or store your full payment card information.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever contact information and content you choose to share.
This Site does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Any interaction data collected for internal message testing is stored only in your browser and is never transmitted to us or any third party. We do not collect photos of your face or skin through this Site.
How we use your information
- To process and fulfill your preorder, including billing and shipping.
- To communicate with you about your order — confirmations, shipping updates, or changes to delivery timing.
- To respond to support, privacy, or refund requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

This Site and the MEERO preorder are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
